Cabo Football
Football has grown into a fixed part of Voice Events. Around the matches of the Tubarões Azuis we build the biggest Cape Verdean living room in the Netherlands: watching together on a big screen, with the feel of a home game.
We also make content and productions around Cape Verdean football, from interviews with players and supporters to fan experiences and watch parties on location.

Frequently asked
Where do I buy tickets for an event?
Every event in our calendar has its own ticket button that takes you straight to the official ticket shop for that event. Only buy through those links. That is the only way we sell tickets.
Where do the events take place?
Most of our events are in Rotterdam, among others at De Doelen, Theater Zuidplein, Villa Thalia, LantarenVenster, JACK and Reverse. The exact venue is always listed with the event.
Is there an age limit?
It differs per event. Our club nights are usually for visitors aged 18 and over, while programmes such as 'Wij Zijn Cabo Kids' are made especially for children. The age limit is listed with the event.
Can I book VOICE Events for a private party?
Yes. We handle corporate events, staff parties and private events from concept to delivery, including artists, catering and production. The 'For companies' page lists everything we can take care of. Send us a message with your plans, the date and the number of guests you expect.
I am an artist or a partner, how do we work together?
We are open to working with artists, venues, sponsors and cultural partners around Cape Verdean and Portuguese-speaking culture, in the Netherlands and beyond. Get in touch and tell us briefly who you are and what you have in mind.
Do you also work outside the Netherlands?
Yes. Voice Events works from the Netherlands, but our artists, partners, productions and audiences are international. We have produced abroad before, among others around the Sodade film premieres, and we keep developing international collaborations.
